Our recent stay at Aionion Residences By K&K was fantastic! The apartments are brand new, featuring modern furnishings and spotlessly clean interiors. We loved the spacious suite, complete with a bath tub and smart TV. Great Wi-Fi. Its prime location made it easy to explore the Acropolis and nearby restaurants, which were just a short walk away.

The elevator is quite small and may require multiple trips with luggage.

absolutley terrible experience! I ended up in a tiny basement apartment with barely any windows and just one towel holder for three people. Shocking! I woudl ve been thrilled with some complimentary snacks for this inconvenience, but of course, that didn't happen. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, given the utter lack of basic amenities.

Our stay was truly memorable, but be aware of the basement room layout. While the area offers great restaurants nearby, the apartment can feel cramped with limited natural light. For larger groups, pack extra towels since there's only one holder. Consider dining out for meals instead of cooking.

The stay was awesome, especially with the lovely rooftop views we enjoyed while sipping coffee in the morning and the clean, well-equipped kitchen that made meals a breeze. For relaxation, we took advantage of the cozy lounge and the beautiful terrace for some quiet time. Just a heads up, the bathroom had a little water buildup under the sink, but it didn't really impact our great experience. 😊

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel at home! The location was superb, so close to historical sites that I easily explored on foot. I loved the new and comfy furniture in the apartment, it added a fresh touch to my stay. The landmark view from my window made for a lovely backdrop to my mornings.

The apartment felt a bit restricted in space.
